Holy City Christmas is an immersive walkthrough Christmas event where guests journey through detailed rooms at the North Pole. On this magical journey, guests will have interactions with jolly characters, receive gifts and treats along the way, and meet Santa himself! We even have snow, a Christmas train, and more!

Holy City Christmas is a magical event tailored to children and families with children. Scrooges not welcome!

Yes, strollers are permitted inside the attraction.

Due to the outside nature of our event, and for the safety of our team and guests, we do not operate in the rain. If the event is postponed or canceled due to rain, your tickets will be valid for any other of the remaining event nights!

Pets/Animals - with the exception of credentialed Service Animals - are NOT permitted.

We use a virtual queue system which allows you to hang out at Holy City Brewing while you "wait in line" so that you are not standing in a long time for any period of time!

Tickets for the walkthrough experience are free for children 2 y/o and under. If you are interested in riding the Christmas Train, a ticket is a required for all passengers.

Yes you can! However, we do encourage you to purchase tickets online in advance to ensure your spot. We use timeslots, which do sell out on busy nights.

General Admission includes entry into the Christmas walkthrough experience featuring jolly characters, immersive rooms, fun photo opps, free gifts and treats along the way, and a meet & greet with Santa! VIP tickets include everything mentioned above PLUS: - Expedited entry into the event - Professional digital photo with Santa - Children receive a special toy directly from Santa himself! - S'mores Kit to be used at the fire pits on-site - BEER or Root Beer (for under 21) from Holy City Brewing

Yes! You may do so on-site at our Ticketing Tent.

Christmas Train rides are not included in the VIP ticket, but are available as an addon option. Tickets for the Christmas Train can be purchased in advance or on-site!

Yes! Tickets to the Christmas Train are available on-site at our Ticketing Tent.

Discounts are offered for Military, First Responders, and Educators. Please contact us directly to find out how to receive your discount if any of these apply to you/your family!

Yes! You can add the Professional Photo with Santa on-site at our Ticketing Tent or at the Gift Shop.

We accept all major credit cards and cash.

Typically photos are available for download within 48 hours of attending the event.

After 48 hours (may be longer depending on demand), you may access the online gallery using the Access Code provided to you at the event. Click Santa Pictures on the menu to find out more.

Yes! There are tons of photo opps throughout to capture those magical moments throughout the attraction!
